What’s your return policy?
We are committed to making the best quality products and offering you a great shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Skinthetix purchase, return your garment in original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Original condition is defined as:
- All tags still attached to product.
- Material must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
- Reason for return must be indicated.
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept items that have touched numbing cream.
How do I return an item?
Here are the steps to return an item:
- Place item(s) back into the original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase (required).
- Go to a local shipping carrier and ship item(s) in their original packaging.
- Ship your product to: 1101 W. Hibiscus Blvd Suite 205 Melbourne, FL 32901
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
It’s recommended to add a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without trackable shipping.

When will I receive my refund?
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if you return meets the return eligibility.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit for the value of the item returned will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to post on your credit card or bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank or credit card company, as it may take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to post.

How do I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing workmanship for a period of one year.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@skinthetix.com and send your item to: 1101 W. Hibiscus Blvd Suite 205 Melbourne, FL 32901. Any charges for subsequent exchanges or expedited shipping options are your responsibility. Pre-paid shipping is not available for exchanges.
